This is a scam. You sent me 3 different addresses from when I tried to return the item the day after I used it and it didn’t work at all. You have the same person “Zette” who is clearly multiple people since they don’t even know what they are saying in the emails. The disclosure in the website says free returns and a shipping label will be provided. But that is a lie; I was told I would have to pay shipping myself and an additional “restocking fee”. I have reported you to the BBB and alerted my bank that this is a scam as well.

The clippers are great for “landscaping the carpet” and cleaning up down there. The foil roller pulls on your leg hairs but if you’re patient enough the round one attachment gets your legs super smooth. Very easy to use.

When I tell you, this is one of the best things I ever bought. It’s perfect for shaving, durable. It has a long battery. Life charging is easy. Way better than using a regular razor! No razor bumps afterwards and an easy clean.
