Refund policy
Return window
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. The Cosari Epilator has a longer window: 90 days from delivery, and you can return it even if it has been opened and used.
Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back personal-care items (for example shavers and hair stylers; the Cosari Epilator is the exception, see above) once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty.
How to start a return
- Email contact@cosarit.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Within one business day we reply with the return address and instructions. Returns go to our fulfillment partner's warehouse. International postage from the US usually costs more than domestic postage, so we tell you the address before you send anything.
- Send the item by mail within 14 days of our reply, with tracking.
Items sent without a return request cannot be matched to an order and may be refused.
Return shipping cost
Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay. We email you a prepaid return label, and you can choose a refund or a replacement.
Change of mind: you pay the return shipping. A restocking fee of $14.00 USD is deducted from the refund. There is no restocking fee on faulty, damaged or wrong items.
Refunds
We refund the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
Exchanges
We replace faulty, damaged or wrong items free of charge. For anything else, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, faulty or missing items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of ordering, email us and we will reship it or refund you in full.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing contact@cosarit.com. After that, the order may already be packed. You can then return it under this policy.
Customers in the EU and UK
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return window.
