Cosari RigVault 1680

Features

Set It Down Anywhere

The molded ABS tub sits dead-level on wet concrete, gravel, or grass. Water stays below the nylon seam, so your tools come home dry.

See Every Tool at a Glance

The steel-framed mouth stays wide open while vertical pockets hold drivers and pliers against the walls. Your drill and meter sit in the clear center bay.

• Lockable #10 Zipper

Heavy-gauge dual-pull metal sliders ride the frame corners smoothly and lock together with a small padlock.

• Waterproof 2.2-Inch ABS Tub

A one-piece injection-molded base with 4mm walls keeps water, mud, and drywall dust away from the fabric. Set it in a puddle and your pliers stay dry.

• 1680D Ballistic Nylon Body

Double-strand ballistic weave resists punctures from bare screwdriver tips and holds up to truck-bed abrasion far better than 600D kit bags.

• Steel-Rod Wide-Open Mouth

Dual 5mm tempered steel rods lock the opening at 16 x 9 inches. It stays open hands-free so you can see and grab every tool.

• 28 Vertical Tool Slots

14 interior pockets and 14 exterior bays keep drivers and pliers upright on the walls, leaving the center open for power tools.

How to use it

1. 1

   Pop Open the Steel Mouth

Pull the dual zipper sliders apart. The steel frame snaps into a rigid 16-inch rectangle and stays open on its own.

2. 2

   Load Your Daily Kit

Slot drivers and pliers into the upright pockets, drop your drill in the center bay, and clip on the padded strap.

3. 3

   Set It Down and Grab

Put it on wet concrete or gravel. It stands upright and dry while you pull the exact tool you need with one hand.
