Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Our fulfillment partners pack and ship orders from their warehouses. Parcels go by tracked international post (YunExpress, Yanwen or Portless). In the United States the last mile is usually delivered by USPS.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. The total you pay is shown at checkout. There are no extra fees on delivery.

Delivery times (United States)

Order cut-off: 11:00 AM US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off start processing the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery can take longer during holidays or customs checks.

Tracking

We email your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show the first scan.

Other countries

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and most of the EU. Shipping is free. Delivery usually takes 8 to 16 business days. Import duties are included in the price for EU orders under €150.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email contact@cosarit.com. We will reship it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship it once you confirm the correct address. The customer pays the reshipping cost.
