I put in a refund and I am still waiting for approval after nearly two weeks
Landry H.
My epilator isn't really working. It shaves the hair but doesn't pull it out by the root. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Andre V.
We haven't used it yet. It is for our 104 mother - we think she will love it!
joyce ann g.
I am really sad about giving a poor review. I had such high hopes. I am not getting a close shave.
Wendy L.
I wanted an epilotor and I got a razor. Not the product I requested. I would like the correct product to be shipped to me or a full refund. Thank you!
Daniela C.
It stopped working after using it just two or three times. When I click the button, it only shows these numbers. This feels like such a scam.
Erica B.
I thought this was supposed to be an epilator but it is a shaver
Katie D.
Not an epilator does not work at all! Also came damaged and looked almost used. So disappointed… don’t get scammed!
Chelsea P.
Delivery company puts a small white package in front of a garage door. You drive an SUV, how are you supposed to see this. Spend over $100 for a product and well sorry not our fault.
Sandy F.
I am very pleased with this product and this company. I ordered and used for 2 months. It stopped working, it would not charge or turn on. I notified the company, they shipped me out a new one.
Will definitely use them in the future.
Nancy H.
Does not remove my leg hairs.
Jennifer M.
So far I love my new Cosari shaver. It’s gotten rid of many unwanted hairs!!
Karen O.
I used in the shower to see if I would get better results and my arm pits got burned.
joyce m.
i don't think it is worth the money, doesn't give a clean shave for legs, which is what i bought it for while i'm off for surgery
Angelina T.
I had ordered this wanting an epilator for it to arrive and be like basically any other electric shaver but at an insane price. I went out a few days later and bought an actual epilator and have been much happier with that purchase.
LISA L.
Works very well on my legs
Zoe M.
It was unusable as shipped - no power block or cord. Had to buy something to use the item. That was a surprise.
Kristi F.
This is a scam. You sent me 3 different addresses from when I tried to return the item the day after I used it and it didn’t work at all. You have the same person “Zette” who is clearly multiple people since they don’t even know what they are saying in the emails. The disclosure in the website says free returns and a shipping label will be provided. But that is a lie; I was told I would have to pay shipping myself and an additional “restocking fee”. I have reported you to the BBB and alerted my bank that this is a scam as well.
Janiece B.
It doesn't give me as close of a shave as I hoped it would. Not that thrilled with the product.
Lisa C.
The razor does not remove my hair well.
Hope E.
It is cheap plastic!!
Patsy W.
I ordered an epilator. It was advertised as that. It is a shaver.it is a great shaver but i have to have an epilator.
MaryJo G.
really nicely surprised at how close it shaves. i have some coarse hair and it smoothed me out! nothing is ever as close as a razor, but this is a close second!
Corinne C.
It just works great.
Sophia A.
SCAM! This is NOT an epilator.
Carol R.
I returned it because I'm not happy with the hair it didn't cut on my legs
Kay
It is not an epilator. They sent me a electric shavor and it was awful.
Sean S.
It's not an epilator. It's an electric razor. Please market it correctly before someone sues for false advertising
Sophia C.
hard to use with poor instructions
Michele D.
I thought it was an epilator. It’s not. That’s my fault. I was searching for epilators so I didn’t read carefully before purchasing this one.
Nancy D.
I only ordered one and I got two. I want to return one but have been unsuccessful in getting any instructions to return it and get my money back
Nancy Rudolph
Lana W.
It took a minute to get to me but it works ok
Dana L.
Received in December 2025 and they stopped charging when plugged in in August 2026
Katana A.
I thought I was purchasing an epilator as the invoice states, turns out it’s just a shaver. I was disappointed. Buyer beware.
Terica S.
Light weight & easy to use.
Shawn M.
Doesn’t work as described, is ineffective in removing hair from my legs and under arms. Wish I did not purchase as I do not use due to being ineffective. Would love a refund or to return the product if possible.
Sara
Was charged $160 when another retailer had it for $40. Absurd.
Amber
Does not shave close.
Diana L.
It arrived in excellent condition and is very comfortable to use. I am very pleased with it
karen w.
it works better than ant other hair remover I have tried
will definitely recommend it.
Sabrina
Doesn’t actually cut your hair
Iliya
The clippers are great for “landscaping the carpet” and cleaning up down there. The foil roller pulls on your leg hairs but if you’re patient enough the round one attachment gets your legs super smooth. Very easy to use.
Samara
Perfect for a quick touch-up before heading out.
Marquise
I used to dread shaving, but this shaver makes it so easy.
Emily
This shaver has transformed my morning routine – quick and painless!
Sofia
I have sensitive skin and this shaver didn’t irritate my skin at all. It is light and convenient.
Mei
I have used this shaver repeatedly for a month. Shaver performs better than expected. I would buy this product again. It's easy to use and works great.
Megan
works great. no recharge issues so far, it actually does work in a shower situation without issues. 10/10 would definitely recommend and buy again as well. it’s always nice buying a product that doesn’t suck. SUPER SMOOTH cut too!
Adela
When I tell you, this is one of the best things I ever bought. It’s perfect for shaving, durable. It has a long battery. Life charging is easy. Way better than using a regular razor! No razor bumps afterwards and an easy clean.
Manon
Product is easy to use, attachments are easy to change. Charge lasts quite a while (a few weeks for me) which was surprising. If you are looking for something to get rid of those annoying unwanted hairs this is worth the purchase! I would buy again if this one ever dies.
Abby
I love this shaver! It does a great job shaving the areas of my bikini area. It doesn’t cut or nick me. It’s the perfect shaver for a women’s body parts. I recommend this shaver a lot.
Shawn
My wife loved it! Light, strong and accurate, she said. Thank you. Thank you.
Lexie
This is perfect for yourself, boyfriend, gift etc it works great no hair on the floor or in the sink leaves skin smooth and of course hairless unlike some other brands that don’t get all the hair! I highly recommend this item!!
Daniela
I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this pink electric shaver. It’s not only cute and stylish, but also very effective at delivering a close shave with minimal effort. The design is user-friendly, and the compact size is perfect for travel. The battery life is decent, allowing for multiple uses before needing a recharge. Overall, it's a great product that combines aesthetics with functionality, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Ezrela
This shaver is a must-have for any woman who wants to feel confident and beautiful in her own skin.
Yoonchae
I’m so happy I switched to this shaver. It’s made shaving a breeze.
Joshua
Bought this for my wife, and she’s absolutely thrilled. It’s incredibly easy to use, lightweight, portable, easy to clean, and has great battery life. Plus, the packaging is nice. FIVE STARS!
Lara
I have purchased several shavers over the years and this one is the BEST by far! Works very well. Well made.
