About Us

Who we are

Cosari is an online store operated by Interactive Ecommerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2023-001289041). Our registered office is 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 10801, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

How our business works

We are a retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell. We choose products from manufacturers, sell some of them under our own Cosari brand, and sell others under the manufacturer's brand.

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners from their warehouses. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7 to 14 business days from the day you order. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Our shipping policy has the details.

You pay the price shown at checkout. Shipping is free, and there are no hidden fees.

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Our refund policy explains how to start a return, who pays return shipping, and when you get your money back.
