Saved my feet after three 12-hour ICU shifts in a row
I'm an ICU nurse doing three 12s in a row on concrete hospital floors. Putting my feet in this for 15 minutes on Level 2 heat and Level 1 air is the only reason I can walk normally the next morning. That sharp 'stepping on a nail' heel pain when I get out of bed at 6 AM is down by at least 80% after using this every night for a week. The rear heel rollers hit the exact spot a tennis ball never could.
