Is it safe on LVP, laminate, and sealed hardwood?

Yes. Use Low/Eco mode. In our tests, LVP and sealed oak were dry in about 42 seconds with no clouding or lifted seams. Don't use it on unsealed raw wood or waxed parquet.

Do I need distilled water?

No. The built-in ion-exchange anti-scale cartridge filters ordinary tap water. We ran 30 tanks of 250 PPM hard water with no sputtering. Replace the cartridge as directed.

Does it stand up on its own?

Yes. The neck locks into a 90° upright park position and the steam drops to standby, so you can stop to move a chair without it tipping over.

Do I have to touch the dirty pad?

No. The pad attaches with full-surface hook-and-loop, and a foot-step tab lets you peel it off without using your hands. Then it goes straight in the washing machine.

How long is the power cord?
