Finally making potato gratin again without my heart racing
Every time I used my old flat mandoline, my heart rate spiked. With this upright pump design, my fingers never come within six inches of the blade—I actually enjoy making potato gratin and cucumber salad again. I threw away my cheap white plastic upright slicer last month after it flexed and cracked on a raw sweet potato, and the brushed stainless steel panel on the Cosari makes it rock solid on hard root veggies.
